Born from our partnership with the USDA Forest Service and the city of Baltimore, the McKean media cabinet is a beautiful example of sustainability in action. We’ve reclaimed wood that would have otherwise been taken to a landfill to create truly unique pieces of sustainable furniture for your home. The pine for this cabinet is reclaimed from roof decking of row houses in Baltimore, with some of the wood panels dating back to the 1800s. The cabinet features push-to-open drawers and is slightly set back in a solid wood frame. Combined with a natural steel base for a sleek and modern look, McKean is one of a kind and brings a story to your home you’d be proud to share.
